In session 6 of this series, we will focus on converting a draft schedule to optimal schedule by using the features of Project 2010. After entering the schedule data, we have a draft schedule. In most situations, the draft schedule will have long durations, high cost, unreasonable workloads or combination of these. We need to convert the draft schedule to optimal schedule. An optimal schedule is a version that meets the requirements brought forward by project stakeholders.
